India's Apollo Hospitals eyes $500m Singapore IPO

Nomura appointed to manage the issue.

According to OSK, India’s Apollo Hospitals is looking to raise around INR25b (SGD500m) by selling a stake of between 51 and 75 per cent in a business trust through a listing in Singapore, bankers with direct knowledge of the matter said.

Apollo has appointed Nomura to manage the issue while consultant PricewaterhouseCoopers will be advising it on the structure.
