Simon to Co-Head Societe Generale's Acquisition & Leveraged Finance

Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking appointed Fabien Simon as Co-Head of Acquisition & Leveraged Finance, Asia Pacific.

 

Based in Hong Kong and working alongside Marc Frenkenberg, Co-Head of the activity for the region, Fabien will lead the team to offer strategic advisory on capital structure and comprehensive financing solutions to corporates and financial sponsors across the region. Fabien will specifically focus on providing one-stop-shop solutions encompassing capital advisory, financing and risk management by collaborating with other business lines within the bank.

Before relocating to Asia, Fabien was a Managing Director in the Strategic & Acquisition Finance team in Paris where he was in charge of a portfolio of French, German and Italian corporate clients. Since 2006, Fabien has played a leading role in the execution of some of the largest acquisition financings taking place in Europe in a variety of sectors, including utilities, healthcare, construction and capital goods.

Fabien joined Societe Generale in 1999 as an Inspector and graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
