MNRB Gets credit facility from Amanah

MNRB Holdings Bhd obtained an unsecured credit facility of up to RM120 million from Amanah Investment Bank Bhd.

 

It has a twelve-month tenure from the date of initial drawdown with an interest rate of 4.25 per cent per annum.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia Wednesday, MNRB said the facility comprised two tranches -- tranche 1 of up to RM20 million and tranche 2 of up to RM100 million.

MNRB said tranche 1 would be used for the company's working capital requirements and tranche 2 would be used towards capital injection into Takaful Ikhlas Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary.
