JP Morgan Chase sells 5 million CMNP shares

JP Morgan Chase Bank sold five million of its shares in PT Citra Marga Nusaphala.

 

“There has been a change in share holdings for the period of Jan. 31, 2012, for the account of JP Morgan Chase Bank NA to 112.19 million from 117.19 million shares,” publicly-listed infrastructure developer CMNP said on the file submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Following the change, JP Morgan Chase Bank NA’s ownership in CMNP decreased to 5.61 percent from 5.86 percent.

The file gave no details about the buyer of shares from JP Morgan.
