Shinsei Bank will integrate its LaLaport Financial Center and Tsudanuma Consulting Spot

As a result, LaLaport Financial Center will close as of Sunday, July 31, 2011, and the current Tsudanuma Consulting Spot will be renamed Tsudanuma Financial Center as of Monday, August 1, 2011.
