RHB Capital to acquire OSK Investment, Bank Mestika

RHB Capital hopes to play a bigger role in the Indonesia market after it acquires Bank Mestika.

The group is prioritizing its acquisition and hoped to participate in the Indonesian market by year-end, Group Managing Director Kellee Kam Chee Khiong.

The group is also hoping to conlude the acquisition of OSK Investment Bank Bhd  by the third quarter.

"We look forward to the successful acquisition of OSK Investment Bank Bhd and the immediate benefits that come by way of reinforcing our domestic market leader franchise while gaining immediate access to important regional markets," he added.
