Shaun Parkes joins J.P. Morgan in Asia

Shaun Parkes has been appointed by J.P. Morgan as head of Worldwide Securities Services, Asia excluding Japan.Coming from J.P. Morgan London, Parkes will be based in Hong Kong and will be reporting to Laurence Bailey, Asia Pacific chief executive officer for J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Services. Parkes will be joining the existing regional management team comprising three sub-regional heads: Jane Perry in Australia, Roger Brown in Japan, and Ravikanth Konteti in India.Parkes has been with J.P. Morgan for six years and was previously the global head of depositary receipt sales and client management of J.P. Morgan London. He has also held a number of sales management and product roles in the clearance and collateral businesses where he has actively assisted the development of these businesses in Asia."We have structured the senior regional management team to serve the evolving needs of our growing Asian client base.
