Union Bank operates with new name and logo

Union Bank, N.A., a consolidated subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ formerly known as Union Bank of California, N.A., began operating with the new name and new logo on 20 July.

Union Bank will accept transactions under the name of Union Bank of California during a certain period of time.

The bank's investment management subsidiary, HighMark Capital Management, manages more than $21.4 billion in assets. Union Bank offers 22 proprietary mutual funds called HighMark Funds.
